David began his comedy life as an improviser at both the Annoyance Theater and Second City in Chicago.
His unique upbringing and improv background allow him to craft vibrant, personal stories with energetic delivery and unrelenting punchlines.
While his last name may be hard to pronounce, it’s never difficult for an audience to relate to David’s honed point of view.
Mascorro has appeared at festivals including Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Savage Henry Comedy Festival, and Pickathon Music Festival.
He has also created and produced several comedy projects, including Funny Humans vs. The Wheel, The Awkward Phase, a live storytelling show, and Bugaboo, a podcast delving into the strange, fascinating, and often funny world of fears and phobias. He has performed at comedy clubs and colleges nationwide.
Currently based in Phoenix, AZ. David has cemented his reputation as a go-to headliner, consistently delivering performances that are both polished and powerfully engaging.
